My Policies
Before your appointment
1. **Communication:** Clearly communicate your expectations and desires for your hairstyle or treatment to Me. Bring reference photos if possible.
2. **Consultation:** Arrive on time for your appointment to allow for a thorough consultation with Me.
3. **Hair Preparation:** Follow any specific instructions given by Me, such as washing your hair beforehand or arriving with dry, product-free hair if necessary.
4. **Payment and Booking:** Confirm the appointment time, duration, and pricing beforehand.
5. **Expectations:** Have realistic expectations about the outcome of your appointment. Understand that certain hair treatments may require multiple sessions for desired results.
During your appointment
1. **Cancellation Policy:** I have a 24 Hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before its scheduled time you will be charged for 1/2 of the service fee. If you give me a heads up more than 24 hours ahead you are fine!
2. **No-Show Policy:** No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service wither performed or not.
3. **Late Arrival Policy:** I am aware LIFE HAPPENS, but if you are more than 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time you will either have to rebook or we can see what we can do in the time that we have.
4. **Deposit Policy:** Some Services may require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
5. **Service Guarantee:** If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your hair within 2 weeks of your previous appointment you can come in and I can fix any problems!
